Update on Sale and Purchase Agreement

Further to the Company's announcement of 23 January 2013, LCA announces that the first payment from Sterling Planet, which was due on 1 February 2013, has been delayed. The Manager is in discussions with Sterling Planet in order to confirm the revised schedule for payment and a further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
